Job Title: Bilingual Insurance Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Insurance Advisor to join our team at Definity. As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a hybrid work schedule, company share ownership program, pension and savings programs, paid volunteer days, and educational resources. As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, gain knowledge about our products, and develop your skills in customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions about our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with other departments to respond to client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Continuously gain knowledge about our products and services
  • Meet quality assurance requirements, including follow-up calls and survey feedback
Requirements
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Recently graduated from a college or university degree program in the last 2 years
  • Valid license from the AMF in personal lines insurance or successful completion of exams
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center or retail store
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
