About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position that offers a hybrid work schedule, company share ownership program, and a range of benefits, including pension and savings programs, paid volunteer days, and educational resources. As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor, you will be working with customers in both English and French, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries about our products and services in both English and French
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Work with other departments to respond to client issues quickly and efficiently
- Continuously gain knowledge about our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Meet quality assurance requirements, including follow-up calls and survey feedback to customers
- Fluently bilingual in English and French
- Recently graduated from a college or university degree program in the last 2 years
- Valid license from the AMF in personal lines insurance, or successful completion of exams
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center or retail store
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Hybrid work schedule for most roles
