Job Description
This is a permanent full-time position requiring 32-40 hours of work per week. As an Administrative Assistant at Zenith Training Center, you'll be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating logistics for events and meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Supervising office staff and volunteers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
