Senior Financial Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Financial Assistant to join our team at Sharma Law Office.
Estimated Salary$45,000 - $65,000 per year.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our law firm. This includes preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare cheques for payroll and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, including the preparation of trial balances
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Simply Accounting, and MS Office
