Chief of Staff Opportunity at MedMe Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at MedMe Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving growth, executing strategic initiatives, and streamlining internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and co-founding team, providing insights and recommendations on business decisions.
  • Streamline internal processes and operations to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success departments.
  • Support the Head of Growth in expanding into new markets and customer segments.
  • Work with team leaders to set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department.
  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Support executive functions, including financial forecasting, fundraising strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
  • Annual Salary ranges from $90,000- $130,000 CAD + stock options.
