Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Care Specialist to join our team at Springwood Animal Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Treat Animals: Conduct thorough physical examinations and laboratory tests to diagnose diseases or abnormal conditions in individual animals, herds, and flocks.
- Provide Medical Care: Treat sick or injured animals by prescribing medication, setting bones, dressing wounds, or performing surgery as needed.
- Preventative Care: Vaccinate animals to prevent and treat diseases, and advise clients on feeding, housing, behavior, breeding, hygiene, and general care of animals.
- Perform Routine Exams: Conduct routine, emergency, and post-mortem examinations to ensure the health and well-being of animals.
- Offer a Range of Services: Provide a range of veterinary services, including obstetrics, dentistry, and euthanasia, as needed.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and reliability in performing duties.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Competitive Compensation: As per collective agreement.

- Flexible Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
