About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Care Specialist to join our team at White Oaks Animal Hospital Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Treat a wide range of medical conditions in companion animals through physical examinations and laboratory tests.
  • Provide Preventative Care through vaccinations and health advice to prevent and treat diseases.
  • Perform Surgical and Medical Procedures with precision and care, including setting bones, dressing wounds, and performing surgery.
  • Advise Clients on animal care, behavior, and nutrition to ensure the best possible outcomes for their pets.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with the latest medical research and advancements in veterinary care.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Certifications: Canadian Veterinary Medical Association Certification and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
