Job Summary:
The Team Lead will be responsible for supporting the performance management process, developing high-performing work teams, and ensuring organizational quality and environmental initiatives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports performance management process, including performance boards, updates, and discussions.
- Develops high-performing work teams, covering absenteeism, rotating in for training activities, and encouraging cross-functional capabilities.
- Supports organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
- Administrative responsibilities for the team, including attendance registers, manning lineups, and team emails.
- Provides supervision to logistics personnel, ensuring standards are adhered to in accordance with management requirements.
- Supports the Manager of Logistics in performance management, meeting all department deliverables.
- Ensures the integrity of data entry as per regulatory requirements.
- Engages in overall yard and docks operation efficiency through immediate problem-solving countermeasures with the team.
Requirements:
- Pass in Year 12.
- Trade Certificate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driving License Group 2 & 9.
