Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance management process, developing high-performing work teams, and ensuring organizational quality and environmental initiatives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance boards, updates, and discussions.
- Team Development: Develop and maintain high-performing work teams, covering absenteeism, training activities, and cross-functional capabilities.
- Quality and Environmental Initiatives: Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks for the team, including attendance registers, manning lineups, and team emails.
- Logistics Supervision: Provide supervision to logistics personnel, ensuring standards are met in accordance with management requirements.
- Performance Management Support: Support the Manager Logistics in performance management, meeting department deliverables.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of data entry as per regulatory requirements.
- Operational Efficiency: Engage in overall yard and docks operation efficiency through immediate problem-solving countermeasures with the team.
- Education: Pass in year 12.
- Trade Certificate: Trade Certificate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literate.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driving License: Driving License Group 2 & 9.
