Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting performance management, developing high-performing work teams, and ensuring organizational quality and environmental initiatives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support performance management process, including performance boards, updates, and discussions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality and environmental initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including attendance tracking and email management.
  • Supervise logistics personnel to ensure standards are met.
  • Support the logistics manager in performance management and meeting departmental deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Pass in year 12.
  • Trade Certificate qualification is an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driving License Group 2 & 9.
