Job Summary
The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting performance management, developing high-performing work teams, and ensuring organizational quality and environmental initiatives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support performance management process, including performance boards, updates, and discussions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality and environmental initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including attendance tracking and email management.
- Supervise logistics personnel to ensure standards are met.
- Support the logistics manager in performance management and meeting departmental deliverables.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Pass in year 12.
- Trade Certificate qualification is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driving License Group 2 & 9.
