Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our manufacturing operations team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the performance management process, developing high-performing work teams, and ensuring organizational quality and environmental initiatives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support performance management process, including performance boards, updates, and discussions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality and environmental initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including attendance registers, manning lineups, and team emails.
  • Supervise logistics personnel to ensure standards are met in accordance with management requirements.
  • Support the Manager Logistics in performance management and meeting department deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in problem-solving and countermeasures to improve yard and docks operation efficiency.

Requirements

  • Pass in year 12.
  • Trade Certificate qualification is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driving License Group 2 & 9.
