We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Provincial Travel Nurse Team - Provincial Float Pool in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
About the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing independent nursing services, administering prescribed medical treatments, leading the healthcare team, and facilitating patient care and discharge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs
- Administer prescribed medical treatments as required
- Lead the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care
- Facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge
- RN/LPN- Minimum one (1) year recent work experience in the areas of medicine, surgery and/or emergency
- Satisfactory employment record
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program or an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Education program
- Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
- Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $41,000-$47,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
