Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Professional to join our team as an Adult Healthcare Specialist in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated healthcare team providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional practical nursing services to designated patients, including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration and interaction within the healthcare team, and participation in the coordination of patient care and discharge.

Responsibilities
  • Providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing personalized care plans.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Administering medications, performing procedures, and managing patient records.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant clinical practices, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
  • Certification in IV Therapy and CPR training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
