- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Manage Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and respectful.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
