Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Taco Time. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service operations.
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including presentation, taste, and temperature.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands
- Standing for extended periods, walking, and physically demanding work.
- Personal Suitability
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
