About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Érablière du Pont d'Or Limitée. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building relationships with business clients, and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
