About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at 2525412 Ontario Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and format documents for presentation, including photocopying and collating as needed.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a team setting. The successful candidate will be required to work 32 hours per week in a permanent position.

The work language is English, and the successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively in this language.
