Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at 2525412 Ontario Inc. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Correspondence: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages.
  • Document Preparation and Management: Prepare and format page presentation, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Contract and Budget Management: Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
