We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Om Sai Namah Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The ability to work under pressure and in a team environment is essential.
