Food Service Manager

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and freshness.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet business needs.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to resolve issues and improve service.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift heavy objects. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
