Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to high standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking.
