Food Service Manager

Pizza Hut Fergus is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control food and labor costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
English.
Work Hours:30 hours per week.
