Food Service Manager

Pizza Hut Fergus is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a positive and productive team environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction.
