Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via various channels, providing prompt and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Order Processing: Assist internal and external customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and entering data into our CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the CPG industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
