As a Seasonal Customer Ambassador at The Body Shop, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about empowering people and enriching our planet.

Our team is committed to generating positive economic, social, and environmental impact. We're fighting for what we believe in now more than ever.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about our products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

You will be responsible for offering advice to our customers and providing an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Learn and understand our products - they're packed with natural ingredients, many of which have been sourced ethically using Community Trade programmes.
* Learn our customer's needs and recommend any of our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products that will make them feel so good.
* Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service.

* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
