Job Summary

WBM Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deskside Technician to join our team. As a Deskside Technician, you will provide onsite and remote support for our clients, working in a fast-paced environment to resolve client incidents and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support – Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer-related peripherals.
  • Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Service – Provide excellent customer service, managing difficult and emotional situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Communication – Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, using clear and persuasive language.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals, demonstrating a strong desire to help build and be part of a close-knit team.
  • Organizational Support – Provide administrative support, completing tasks thoroughly and on time, while following organizational best practices.
  • Time Management – Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to write in both French and English.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of previous Deskside experience.
  • Good communication, time management, and mathematical skills.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Attention to detail and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer-related peripherals.
  • Clean criminal record and driving abstract.
