Help Desk Technician

Job Summary
WBM Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deskside Technician to join our team. As a Deskside Technician, you will provide onsite and remote support for our clients, working in a fast-paced environment to resolve client incidents and requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support – Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer-related peripherals.
- Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Service – Provide excellent customer service, managing difficult and emotional situations with professionalism and poise.
- Communication – Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, using clear and persuasive language.
- Teamwork – Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals, demonstrating a strong desire to help build and be part of a close-knit team.
- Organizational Support – Provide administrative support, completing tasks thoroughly and on time, while following organizational best practices.
- Time Management – Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to write in both French and English.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of previous Deskside experience.
- Good communication, time management, and mathematical skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Attention to detail and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer-related peripherals.
- Clean criminal record and driving abstract.
