We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at 2528-6360 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure a well-stocked front desk
  • Provide customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries and concerns
  • Manage knowledge to ensure up-to-date information on company policies and procedures
  • Resolve complaints and claims in a fair and timely manner
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • MS Outlook and Central Reservation System (CRS) experience an asset
  • Ability to relocate for this position
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
