Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at 2528-6360 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality standards.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Provide customer service and resolve complaints and claims in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
