Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at 2528-6360 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high productivity levels.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality standards.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Provide customer service and resolve complaints and claims in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
