Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at 2528-6360 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high productivity levels.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including resolving work problems and providing technical advice.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality standards.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Provide customer service and resolve complaints and claims in a professional manner.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
