About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Deposits Portfolio Management to join our Treasury Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Net Interest Income (NII) of our deposits portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders to advocate on behalf of our deposits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define pricing strategies and tactics for our deposits portfolio
  • Develop and implement a suite of reporting and analytics to monitor performance and generate actionable insights
  • Stay current on market pricing, competitive research on corporate deposits, and research on pricing practices
  • Provide actionable insights and market intelligence on deposit and liquidity management topics
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective data provisioning and management to support descriptive and prescriptive analytic needs
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field; graduate degree in a quantitative field or professional designation preferred
  • ~7+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Solutions, pricing related roles, corporate and institutional deposits, or asset and liability management
  • Good grasp of asset and liability management concepts and fixed income (hedging, bond ladders, derivatives)
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and execute projects that integrate to the team's strategic mandate
  • Ability to present ideas to senior leaders in an informed and meaningful manner that leads to business results
