About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Deposits Portfolio Management to join our Treasury Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Net Interest Income (NII) of the GTB Treasury Solutions deposits portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define pricing strategies and tactics for deposits portfolio
  • Develop and implement a suite of reporting and analytics to monitor performance and generate actionable insights
  • Stay current on market pricing, competitive research on corporate deposits, and research on pricing practices
  • Define objectives and KPIs for business performance and measure results against KPIs and objectives
  • Provide actionable insights and market intelligence on deposit and liquidity management topics
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective data provisioning and management to support descriptive and prescriptive analytic needs
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field; graduate degree in a quantitative field or professional designation preferred
  • ~7+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Solutions, pricing related roles, corporate and institutional deposits, or asset and liability management
  • Good grasp of asset and liability management concepts and fixed income (hedging, bond ladders, derivatives)
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and execute projects that integrate to the team's strategic mandate
  • Ability to present ideas to senior leaders in an informed and meaningful manner that leads to business results
