At D'Theatre Restaurant and Pub, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Cook. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to our strict food safety and hygiene protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Will train

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week
