Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sector and district leaders to understand business strategy and create learning plans that align with business objectives.
  • Drive a learning culture by assessing learning needs, engaging district stakeholders, motivating attainment of relevant KPIs, and supporting learners to access and optimize their learning experiences.
  • Guide individuals to acquire relevant skills, education, experience, and relationships that maximize their personal and professional potential.
  • Provide data and insights to drive decisions that maximize learning investment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with a focus on talent development.
  • Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or teacher in a professional setting.
  • A team player who enjoys building collaborative partnerships to achieve results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint an asset.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
  • Open to travel to various locations across the country.
