Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sector and district leaders to understand business strategy and create learning plans that align with business objectives.
- Drive a learning culture by assessing learning needs, engaging district stakeholders, motivating attainment of relevant KPIs, and supporting learners to access and optimize their learning experiences.
- Guide individuals to acquire relevant skills, education, experience, and relationships that maximize their personal and professional potential.
- Provide data and insights to drive decisions that maximize learning investment.
Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with a focus on talent development.
- Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or teacher in a professional setting.
- A team player who enjoys building collaborative partnerships to achieve results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint an asset.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
- Open to travel to various locations across the country.
