Food Service Team Lead

At Fourteen 14 Food Co, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standards.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 to 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
