Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in our food preparation and service, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
Work Environment and Requirements

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
