Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fourteen 14 Food Co. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high quality standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
The primary language of work is English.
Work ScheduleThe successful candidate will work 32 to 35 hours per week.
