SaaS Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our new product, which supports schools in managing their absences and substitutes. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product development and enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
- Partner with customer success teams to deliver a fantastic product and service to schools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, using this knowledge to inform product and sales strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of working with product teams.
- Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- A genuine interest in the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
