About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for a new product that supports schools in managing their absences and substitutes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product development and enhancements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions
  • Partner with customer success teams to deliver a fantastic product and service to schools
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, using this knowledge to inform product and sales strategies
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of working with product teams
  • Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets, excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • A genuine interest in the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
