Administrative Professional for Employee Parking Services

We are currently seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team at Indigo Park Canada in Halifax. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for processing employee parking applications and revalidations, addressing phone calls and inquiries related to our parking space, and performing various administrative tasks associated with Employee Parking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Count and verify cashier deposits and paperwork
  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Record deposit and sales data accurately in Excel
  • Greet guests in the parking office and answer general inquiries
  • Help guests set up monthly parking subscriptions
  • Issue rebate tickets to eligible patients
  • Use parking software to produce rebate tickets
  • Answer phone calls
  • Assist supervisor with accounts receivable
  • Filing and organizing paperwork
Working Hours and Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Proven customer service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
