Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at LOUISA OLOWU EWELA TOSAN. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with medication management and administration
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their homes. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
