We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Wright 1 Care Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department.

You will work closely with the management team to coordinate tasks, manage contracts, and provide excellent customer service. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be required to work 30 hours per week and have a strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Ensure the HR department meets the organization's goals
  • Manage information flow within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and plan accordingly
  • Record meeting minutes and maintain inventory
  • Provide customer service and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
