**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in Game Design and Video Game Level to join our team at LCI Education. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching courses to students, creating course syllabi, and correcting students' assignments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and deliver class sessions in a dynamic, efficient, and structured manner.
  • Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach.
  • Administer and correct assessments.
  • Monitor each student and encourage success.
  • Be available to students to promote their development of the targeted skills.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

**Requirements**

  • You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma with an option or concentration in the relevant discipline.
  • Teaching or have teaching experience in the discipline for one full semester within the last five years.
  • Have practised a trade or profession related to the discipline or course in question for at least two years.
  • Mastery of software analysts (Agile/Scrum, System Modeling and Design Patterns), game developers (Object-Oriented Programming), and game designers (using Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, Substance Painter/Designer).
