Our Services Team

We collaborate with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Our Original Games unit pushes our creative limits, with our signature IPs, including the iconic Dead by Daylight.

About the Role

In this role, you will use your creative and technical skills to shape the space and moment-to-moment experience on this cutting-edge product attached to an exciting brand, in development with a renowned external partner. You will design and own world sections and layouts from the initial paper design to a shippable state, passing by the grayblocking and the various iterations in between.

Responsibilities
  • Design and own world sections and layouts from the initial paper design to a shippable state
  • Place encounters, rewards, and other interactive gameplay ingredients to create a living and breathing world
  • See through the evolution of levels as they converge with other disciplines, and ensure the level design intentions are respected towards final delivery
  • Establish conventions and actively improve the design of the world's intentions, scale, distances, paths, metrics, etc.
  • Support and review the work of more junior teammates
  • Create and present detailed design documents, as necessary
Requirements
  • 10+ years of game industry experience as a level/world designer, especially on AAA titles
  • Previous experience on AAA project, open world is a plus
  • Experience with procedural content generation is a plus
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in French and/or in English
