We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at GRD Trucking Ltd. This role will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
