As a Healthcare Security Officer with Paladin Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff in our healthcare facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Patrolling interior and exterior areas to prevent unauthorized access and detect potential security threats
  • Responding to alarms and emergency calls for assistance
  • Monitoring CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify potential security risks
  • Screening visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with staff, patients, and visitors
Working Conditions

You will work on assigned shifts, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends. You will be required to stand and walk for long periods of time, and may be exposed to stressful situations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with people under stress
  • Ability to think quickly and make sound judgments in emergency situations
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time
