Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Screen and monitor visitors and clients to ensure their safety and security.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Investigate and report on security incidents and near-misses.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time.
