Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and monitor risks such as unlocked doors and blocked entrances and exits.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
  • Monitor situations, cameras, property, and events to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.
  • Write reports and investigate routine incidents, and respond to code emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
