About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our desktop infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Desktop Support Engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of our desktop environment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop-related issues.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our desktop infrastructure.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in desktop support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
