About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Desktop Support Engineering team to provide technical support to employees.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Desktop Support team.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with ConfigMgr, JAMF, and other system management tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
